Season 9 of Greeny Phatom, purported to be from 2003, was uploaded from August 7, 2011 to October 28, 2011.
Starting with this season, the opening logos changed. The 1995 Sony Wonder logo made a comeback, replacing the 2006 logo used in Season 8. The Children's Television Workshop logo was replaced with the Sesame Workshop logo from 2000; a belated reflection of the company's renaming from three years earlier. The 1994 Cinar logo, albeit silent, began to be used. The closing logo sector consisted of Active Entertainment with the last part of the Sony Wonder jingle accompanying it, followed by the Sony Wonder logo itself; those two would later be followed by a silent 1996 The Summit Media Group logo.
